Not much info here to work with. If it is a bathroom sink, use a plunger and a wet rag to cover the overflow hole to get the best results. Kitchen sink, use the plunger. Both have traps under them that can be disassembled to clean them of hair and other clogs. Hold a bucket under them when taking apart.

Pour some drano down the drain, wait as specified, then open up all hot water faucets to wash it down. Meaning, the kitchen, and the ones in the bathroom. That helps the clog move down the main line

If that didn't do it, then get a plumber's snake...
