Yeah but not showing up to the meeting and going directly to the unemployment line would be less embarassing and really skip all of that unnecessary questioning:
What's wrong with you?
Are you crazy?
Have you lost your mind?
Besides you may find a job that you'd miss if you wait until tomorrow when they fire you.
