A simple linear equation will describe this.

y = mx + b

y is the face value of the bonds (in $)
x is time (in years)
b is the starting amount ($100)

y = 25*x + 100

All you have to do is put in 21 for x and solve for y to figure out how much you will have in bonds on your 21st birthday.
