The first--and admittedly, the last--book in second person that I read was called The Dirt Eaters, by Dennis Foon. The 2nd person point of view has always bothered me for some reason, but I suppose it does have its advantages.
Here's a link to Amazon for The Dirt Eaters... you can do the "Search Inside" thing, and read an excerpt.

The first and only book that comes to my mind is Bright Lights, Big City by Jay McInerny. It was made into a movie in the 1980's starring Michael J. Fox. I have read other stories, etc. written in second person, but that is the only book I know of.

There are a set of books for children and young adults called "Choose your own adventure." These allow the reader to make choices and then go to specific pages to move the story along. They are the only 2nd person books I have ever seen.

Yes. Most choose your own adventure stories are in second person. I've also read a couple of other stories which also included using the second person, although both were short stories rather than complete novels.
