I interviewed for a position 2 weeks ago and it went very well. I sent a thank you note and followed up one week from the date of the initial interview by phone. On the phone, it was mentioned to me that I should be asked to come in again for another interview w/a VP or head administrator of the school. Should I continue to wait or would the 3rd follow up seem desperate or pushy? Also, I took a Calpers personality test and was asked to send references as well. Tks.

call the HR contact and ask her/him if they're ready to set up a follow on interview and/or whether they need more info from you..

I think you could send an e-mail asking the status. It will show your enthusiasm and interest in the position.
