Try something new and different.. .I liked Dannon's vanilla flavored yogurt in the big tub with fresh strawberry or blueberries on top.. Just wash them before you eat them...
Or a Smoothie with yogurt/milk and fresh fruit..
I like dried fruits like apples/bananas
try granny smith apples cored and cut into rounds, spread with peanut butter and raisins
Mangoes....
peaches
cherries...
Go to the farmers market and try some new fruits.. berries are high in antioxidant/vitamins C
Watermelon-
Cantaloupe, Honey dew... just give it a try...

Here's a link to foods and how they help your baby. I always tried to eat yellow fruits and green veggies (esp. spinach salad) everyday. There is so much fresh produce during this time of year. It will be much more difficult in the colder months.

the best fruits are the higher fiber fruits because they provide vitamins, they are slower to digest and they help keep you regular. Apples, pears, berries etc. Bananas and watermelon don't do too much for you. But they are yummy and you should still eat them sometimes if you want.

All fruits and veggies are good for you especially now. Try to avoid canned fruit with too much sugar as you dont need those empty calories. Fresh is best.

Whole grains. Wheat breads and stuff like that. Banana are good too. Stay away from a lot of carbs because your baby will absorb the sugars that are in there and he will get too big and you may get diabetes.

I was just hospitalized a couple of weeks ago with dehydration and they told me the watermelon is really good. It's healthy and it gives you lots of fluids.
