False. Prokaryotes are the primitive cells and the organisms having these type of cells are unicellular. All multi cellular plant and animal cells are eukaryotes. Only bacteria, cyanobacteria and some alga occur in prokaryotic form. Also plant cell have special organized organelles for every different function and chromosomes enclosed in a protective nuclear envelope, prokaryotic cells lack all these abilities, they only have a single molecule of chromosome made up of DNA suspended in the cytoplasm.

The answer is false. A prokaryote does NOT have internal membrane-bound organelles, like the nucleus or chloroplasts. Since plants have these organelles, they are not prokaryotes.

True..all plants belong to the prokaryotes also spelt procaryotes. Bacteria also belong to this group. All animals are higher beings, which can be argued by botanists...and are classed under the eukaryotes, also spelt eucaryotes.
Hope this helps.
