If you were in attendance at a professional baseball game and the announcer at the ballgame said "Tonight's Ceremonial First Pitch is given by the President George W. Bush." What would you do and/or how would you react to see the President of the United States of America?

If President Bush gave the ceremonial first pitch at a professional baseball game, I would stand up and salute the President for his military service to our country and say "You're An Awesome Man George and keep up the Good Work."

Presidents do it all the time. It is no big deal. I believe he has thrown out the first pitch before. More than once I suspect both as an owner of a team, as Governor of Texas and as president.

His throwing out the first pitch has nothing to do with how well he does his job as president. He may be able, for example, to pitch a fast ball right down the center of the plate but strike out in international relations, domestic programs or anything else.

Living just outside Washington, DC and since my company has Washington Nationals tickets, I have actually experienced this myself.

I react with respect and excitement, as I do when I see any of our elected officials. It's fun, really, to be there when he is. There's a lot of energy, and the crowd loves it.

I would find the nearest concessions stand or the nearest rest room so I wouldn't have to watch. He is just too revolting to me.

But you don't really think he would put his too, tooprecious body in the way of the unwashed public do you?

Depends on how he threw the pitch. If it was good, I would applaud. If it was bad, I would boo. I would stand up and sing the national anthem with my hat off too.

I would probably do the same thing you said you would do.. That's sounds like the most honorable thing to do.

I would clap and cheer and yell.
Had it been Clinton (either one) then I'd have gone to get a soda.
