you should get between 500-1000 pounds for it.

Better yet GIVE it to me for free and I'll sell it and give you 10% of the profit.

I'm afraid you wont get very much for a second hand computer.

You can get a brand new half decent desktop from PC World or Dell etc for about £400, sometimes les and that includes the monitor.

Your best bet may be to try sell on ebay, set a reserve you wont sell less than and keep your fingers crossed

New ones way exceeding that spec go for £300-400 in the UK... so you're likely to be looking at £100-150 at best. Oh, a dead TFT is worth zip.

I guess that translates to $100-$150 US?

you'll get not a lot

a celeron is a rubbish processor.. not one wants crt monitors

40gb hd is nothing again..

add £100 for a tft monitor.. see what i mean ?

and it includes vista home premium

(less of the vista bashing, xp isn't installed as default OS when u buy a pc now in 90% of cases)

£200 - £250 at the most. If you fixed the TFT it would go for more.
Sell locally not on ebay, you will get less on ebay.

It really depends on how much a new, similar machine is selling for in your location. One tip though, is to give it a really good polish `cause nothing impresses a prospective customer like a clean, shiny product.

not sure about selling but i think selling complete system around maybe $200 or so, cheaper just tearing it apart i think , not sure tho but the ram and HD and moniters are still capable of being used that processor thought is a tad old

Ebay, $100 - $150
sorry, as desktops go, its not a top model in todays world and not worth much.
Good Luck
(and this price is assuming you have windows installed.

We tried to give our last one away - asked all the kids around our area and asked them to ask their friends. Nothing wrong with it, 2 years old.
Nobody wanted a second-hand computer so we took it to the tip.

Meh, you might get 300 quid for it.

People don't like second hand computers - flog it to a family member.
