ok well i have put 3 on this car and none of them make it a mile before they burn out does anyone know what could be the cause of this THANKS

What part of it is burning out, the fan control relays or the fuel pump control relay? Basically this module is just a few relays on a circuit board, it would appear that you have an excessive draw on one of it's output circuits causing it to fail. You need to take a look at the circuit that burning it out, should be easy to find, it is the one that quits working.
