I used to play the flute, and when I got tired of being in the section with fifty members, I switched to the oboe. Let me tell you--that was definitely one of the best choices that I've ever made in my life. I absolutely LOVE playing the oboe--it is definitely one of the best instruments out there...
How could you *not* like it?

i began out enjoying the oboe over a 365 days in the past. i desperate to play it via fact I enjoyed the sound. stunning now I incredibly have a plastic bundy oboe yet i elect to get a wood one. I at present play the oboe in church. I in many circumstances use jones medium complicated reeds.

Played it for a while, but not great and I was the only oboe. Then got switched to bassoon, and then baritone which I was far better at!
