Definitely. I have found souls on here that seem to be a part of me. So what if we may never meet in person. Maybe that fact helps us to open up and be more vulnerable than we would if we saw each other every day. I ache for the time, over there, when I can sit down and have a face to face with Enki, Elizabeth, Iszee4real, and others.

yes and no It depends on several things if you are just answering a question than no however if you are talking back and forth on messenger than maybe, keeping in mind that both parties have to be open to friendship and love. You can only get to truly know a person if they decide to let you in. I once found a love that turned into a true friend by a crossed line. It happened when I was 17, I was trying to call a girlfriend but the lines got crossed, instead of getting my friend I got this guy, we laughed hung up and I tried to get a hold of my friend again, each time I tried I kept getting the same guy so at the end we exchanged phone #'s and started talking 2 yrs later we met hit it off fell in love (realized it was more a friendship love) became friends been friends ever since.

I am half and half on that. you don't know if some people are really telling the truth. But it can be possible. There are some good souls out there.. :) I would like to meet some new people on yahoo, but i am scared to trust too many people that I don't know that much about.
By the way i love all the questions you ask<<< telling the truth :)

looking at life in this manner is a prescription for disappointment. When you look at your life--all things considered, in a light that holds your self up to unrealistic expectation, then there is bound to be problems. "Luck" is something, which neither has meaning nor scientific substance. "Coincidence", the paranormal and the spiritual world hold more interest in observation and interpretation of tenable thought. What purpose does it serve is an even more fascinating proposition than the question of faith. This attitude toward the inevitability of problems in life is a sure way to open the door to depression or to the precipice of the event horizon of it. There is, and I say this as somebody who is probably older than you and has seen a few things, the distinct possibility that things, people, feelings, etc., that we wish to get in return for our efforts--regardless of what they are, the dimensions, parameters of which can be as closed as the corner of a dark room or as open as the sky; there is in our hearts, dreams, aspirations and the fact that we are able to express our needs, concerns, and desires in the hope of a free society, quite enough--no, very more than I am able to handle at any particular time or endeavor, pursuit--whatever. THAT is in and of itself truly awesome! Think about it with your heart--not your head for just a moment. And there is a sweet redemption in even the mere thought--a breath of air, which holds so much bliss and promise that it is beyond description in words. "Listen more to things than to things that are said, C. And ride on into the sunset with the secret of it's charity in your heart. Hold it there like the treasure of a great story--the stuff that dreams are made of. What's it worth? Priceless!"

yes it is
I have 2 very very close friends here. One has been there and talked me through a very bad time in my life, by IM of course and another is the most caring, intelligent friend you could ask for EVER. I know several "crushes" that have happened but friendship is possible, I know that for sure

Most assuredly, yes they can be. I have many with my sisters and brothers on here, and enjoy them all very much.
Yes that too, anything is possible if the mind is receptive to receive the thoughts...The heart receptive to the love which people have to offer in the many kinds of relationships in this life, all is possible if you can think it...it is possible.
Blessings and love,
Sassy

Friendships have started in some very unlikely places; and there is absolutely NO way of accounting for some of the beginnings of love.
What my problem would be . . . is which of my screen personnas do I really want to love?

Unless you embrace a fairly loose definition of friendship, it seems unlikely.
As for love? Internet romances are evidently all the rage. Start here as well as anywhere, I suppose.

Good question as Amp says anything is possible I guess it is up to the individual involved many people have met and married from the internet true stories of people I have known.................
Who knows........I like to see the persons face I am talking to in everyday life...its to easy to lie, play mind games and hide on the internet..but then again people lie to you face in everyday life even when you see them and have close contact to them so who knows......I do believe you can meet great minds on Yahoo answers tooooooooooooo
It really depends on the people involved.................and if the feelings are mutual between both of them anything is possible hahaha we will have a YAHOO wedding and your hahaha I have lots of fans and contacts so it will be a Grand wedding hahahahaha all invited to funny :))))))))))Happy day Alvaro :)))))))))))))

Anything is possible.
You could find friendship or love anywhere. Whether you meet through a friend or at work or at a coffee shop or on the internet, doesn't matter. The point is to put yourself out there. If you become involved in things that interest you then you are bound to meet some like-minded people who share your interests.
Good luck.
You just never know.
Love yourself & be open to love if it presents itself. Don't go looking for it, just let it find you...
