I found some sites and here's what they said
you could:
~spraying salt water around may deter amphibians but it also will kill plants
~buy some "Tree Frog Hotels," small houses built of compressed paper board that looks similar to a bird house, but serve as the daily home for up to four tree frogs
~There is no toad repellent anywhere. You can spray the yard with Permethrin 10 and try to kill as many insects as you can. If you decrease their food supply, they may go somewhere else.
~Snake Repellent is commonly used in grass, turf, flower beds and any place where one does not want snakes. This same active has been found to repel frogs.

I hope some of these help! ^_^

I would call your local department of fish and game and ask them if they can send someone out to gather and relocate them. I understand you have a phobia and they are difficult to get past. I was terrified of birds at one time then I ended up professionally breeding them. I realized that I didn't like the idea of being bit. Then one day I realized that I was afraid of the sudden, sharp, unexpected pain. First off, you have to talk yourself into believing that the frogs can't hurt you......... they can't, you know! Next, I would ask someone if they would be willing to give you something if you were to pick one up.......... something you want really bad but can't get it on your own............. whatever you come up with in your head that you want so bad that you would actually pick one up. Once you've been able to do that, you will look at them differently! I don't know what else to tell you. I'm sorry you're going through this!

I used to work for Jane Fonda years ago cleaning a summer house she used on occassion. She is terrified of frogs too! One of her specific instructions was to check the entire house for frogs and remove any I found. I had to check in the dish glove fingers as well! Lol! So, you are NOT alone!

She was on one of the late night talk shows the other evening and was going on and on about how she loves to fly fish and turkey hunt! I wonder if she's still afraid of frogs because she's sure to run into them doing that!

Frogs are EXTREEMLY sensitive to environmental pollution. Therefore, you can simply go to Lowes and buy a few bags of lawn insect killer. Use it around the yard and water. This will kill off most frog varieties within a w=few weeks. It will take at least two years for the frogs to come back, probably longer.

I knew someone that got a cat, and that worked pretty effectively.
