I would spread rumors about you and the maintenance man, I would go into people's apt.'s and say in a civilized tone "code 3 in the basketball court" and see what happens. I would also grab a yellow bouncy ball and throw it down the middle of the courtyard and yell "Go, Pikachu, Go!" and I would tell everybody "Free Rent Friday" just to tick off the owners.

Turn up the heat to about 95 and take up a fund to have the thermostat repaired ---- let's see 110 units at $20/donation ... yeah that's a nice day's wage.

Well, given the fact that I used to manage an apartment complex, I'd probably shoot myself. But, since it's just for the day, I'm putting in a full size sumo ring in the common area.

send out fake eviction notices...install a pool...have a community pool party...the possibilities are endless
