I can honestly say that today it is very hard to find much brightness in my life. Because I recognized my mood, I got out my greatful book out to remind myself all that in which I have to be greatful for, so, in my case, when I need a reminder of just how much I do have to be happy for. So in my case, no matter how down, hurt or saddened I am, I have a tool that helps me get through the darkness back into the brightness of life. Great Question!

Yes, it's possible, but it's not always easy.
I'm an optimist by nature, but I've had my dark moments.
It helps to remind myself that God is far greater than any problem I may be facing.
Whatever you may be going through is only temporary. The sun will rise again.
You also have plenty of friends here. You can call on any one of us at any time.

I don't know anyone that ALWAYS looks on the bright side. If there are any, I want to know their secret.
