They benefit either way because the American people have surrendered their ability to think rationally rather than be led by emotion driven rhetoric. If we stay the dems will claim it is a stalemate, we are losing etc etc etc. If we leave and millions get slaughtered they will say look what Bush did all while denying responsibility for their votes to invade, lack of support for the mission and decision to withdraw regardless of consequences. Guess what? They will get away with it too. For instance, we know from history that the left lost the Vietnam war yet they deny their role. How do we know this? General Giap, the leader of the north Vietnamese Army said so, he said they knew they could never beat the Americans in battle but when they saw what was going on in America, they knew all they had to do was hold on a bit longer and the Americans would be forced to withdraw by their own people.

If the troops are home by the spring of 08, The dems will be responsible for the ensueing bloodbath and slaughter that will occur in Iraq . The scale of which their tiny brains will not be able to comprehend.

Maybe another 3,000 plus American soldiers will benefit. Did you think of that?
Maybe the families of those 3,000 + will benefit too.
Ya wanna go over there and keep it going? Become a mercenary and have at it! Better yet, take your entire family along with you. I think you'll get a better perspective of the situation. OH...........and take as many of these highly intelligent people here on Y!A that agree with your "question" as are willing to go. What a bonus to be surrounded by like minded people in a 100% pro-for-your-cause whatever.....

The Democrats would benefit...and the world would lose. The bloodbath would occur as we all know...and Iraq would become a terrorist haven.. and we'd all be told it was Bush's fault.
