There are several steps to figuring this one out. Follow closely, pay attention.
Number One: Take some lessons in proper English and Grammar. For example, your question of "IF I LIKE GUYS WAT IM i?" should be "If I like guys, what am I?" Punctuation, and proper capitalization should be included in those lessons.
Number Two: Take some ettiquette classes. Learn that what you say can sometimes offend people.
Number Three: Don't be surprised if you get sarcastic answers to your questions at first. We all start out a little dumb, it'll pass by the time you hit puberty or so.
Number Four: Get a hobby. Posting questions on Yahoo! Answers doesn't count. Go outside, make friends, play games.

i will tell you that in my eyes there is no gay or straight, their is only diffrent degrees of bi, though you might be at one side of the scale a good night of drinking with the right person may lead you to experimenting with the other side,
