Being good looking is always a big advantage. It's right up there with neatness and being well dressed. Good first impressions get you hired as long as your not an idiot after you introduce yourself.

yes i do think looks help in some jobs, but also i donot think if it is fair if someone has looks and the other person has the smarts, and the one with looks gets the job, i would hire the one i think had more smarts and bring my company in more money.

Hell yeah - which would you hire, a clean cut, well groomed, well taken care of person or a fat ugly slob? Remember, these people represent your company on and off the clock.

yes. especially in areas that deal with the public.
And your looks are most important to the boss/supervisor who has to look at you often. sexy is easy on the eyes.
