There are over 4000 universities in the USA and at least two thirds of them offer MS or MA or other Masters degrees.

You need to be much more specific in asking about schools before anyone can give you any useful help.

You might start by looking at the collegeboard.com or princetonreview.com websites and the US News college rankings.

Depending on the field, you might find that some programs only admit foreign nationals under the assumption that they will eventually get PhDs. This is especially true in the physical sciences and engineering, where departments will invest heavily in students with assistantship funds, hoping to get research productivity out of them later on.
