No, I think not. One could argue that corporations already have *more* rights than individuals. As such, they bolster the ranks of the wealthy and widen the gaps -- economic, political, environmental, cultural -- between rich and poor. When governments cater to corporations over citizens, something's wrong. Michael Moore's movie "Sicko" shows some good examples of this.

About the only thing they can't do that an individual can do is to vote. Since corporations have lobbyists, I'm not sure this is such an impediment to having their voices heard anyway.

Corporations do have the same rights as individuals. They are considered fictional persons in law. And NO, I do not believe that they should. Good question!

Corporations are legal entities. They pay taxes, employ people, etc. Sure they should have the same rights.
