Very easy. At Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (main station) you find ticket machines that also communicate in English. There you buy a ticket.
Trains always leave 7 minutes after full hour on platform 7 or 13. It takes you 50 minutes to get there.
And of course people will always help you, all Germans (perhaps except the older ones) speak at least a little bit of English. And if they find out you do they want to try out their English on you... ;)

Good question because you can not find lot of peoplo to speak english. But younger people who student of any university can also speak very good english.
And you can use just Bahn but peole who work for business class in Bahn can speak English :D You can learn some words in German...

Hey! Well, you can use the train ... that would probably be the easiest way! And don't worry ... people in Germany can speak English!! Especially at the main train stations, there is always somebody who can help you!
