I would either have to say liver, or back about 6 or 7 years I would say they came out with Pepsi Blue and was blueberry flavored and I bought two 20 ounce bottles and took about 2 drinks from one and swallowed the first one and spit the 2nd one out and the second bottle I dumped in the sink. The worst soda I have ever tasted in my life.

A snail that I cooked myself; I'm not sure if I should have used the whole thing - it was still squishy with white stringy bits inside (intestines?) - awful, though they taste lovely from a restaurant. A raw egg comes a close second; hard to get past the sensation as it slides down your throat.

The worst tasting thing I ve ever eaten was a sample of gourmet cheese at the grocery store. I just assumed all cheese was made equal. It was rancid and coagulated tasting and it lingered on my tongue forever. I even tried to wipe my tongue off with my shirt but it just stayed and stayed.

Swallowing it has never been the problem, but chewing it has. Some of my foreign experiences have required me to live of the land. I don't always know what it has been, but survival has been important. Just shut your eyes and swallow.
