I want to get to grips with how other musicians play their ukulele and incorperate it into their music. Can somebody name a few, and some styles of playing?
I know all the chords and stuff.

You should definitely check out Hailey Wojcik. She's a singer-songwriter with a really unique sound and way of incorporating ukulele into some of her songs. She's fantastic all the way around! Her website is www.haileywojcik.com and if you're on myspace it's www.myspace.com/haileywojcik

Check out Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole.
He's a Hawaiian who sings some nice folk styled songs and he uses mostly uke for the instrument. His version of Somewhere of the Rainbow is very good.

Israel Kamakawiwo`ole. Not only is it cool music but its extremely funny to see a 300 pound Hawaiian with a tiny ukulele.

He does that lovely medley of "Over the Rainbow" with a ukelele that you may have heard in commercials, or in the 'death of Mark Greene" episode of the television show, "E.R.", mashed with "What A Wonderful World".

I concur with Folkrocker...Jake Shimabukuro is one hot uke player. Any of his cd's are a good choice.
One of my fav uke cd's is by a guy named Dan "Soybean" Sawyer. His cd is called "uke of Ages."
This is a great cd and his playing is a little more approachable and understandable than Jake's.
