yes you did. she will get pregnant now. this really depends on how old she is. if shes too young to give birth, sorry, but shell most likely have the fetus killed and extracted. she cant support a child if shes too young.
now if shes like 20 or sumthing ok you dint exactly do a bad thing but shell be FURIOUS at you!!! I mean like red-faced, steam out of ears EXPLOSION!!!! really i would be mad.
BTW: i was wondering what "spreads like peanut butter" means, so could you add extra details on what it is about?

yes- thats messed up, now she can get pregnant- do you really want to ruin her life. If she's really your friend than you should care if she gets pregnant, if she wants to have sex with multiple partners then let her be- but dont switch her pills to placebo's and increase her chances of getting pregnant. Are you going to take care of that child? Then put the pills back, & tell her. And yeah Good question Pixie asked... How did you switched them because the come in a plastic thing already sealed &once you've taken the pill out & broke the little aluminum foil its sealed with she can tell.

You know you did a bad thing. Hopefully she at least has some backups, or you're willing to raise her kid when she gets pregnant.
And hopefully you've already told her you did this. If not then you better pray to your God that it isn't too late..And tell her immediately.
My question is how did you switch them? Because they're usually sealed in a little plastic thing so they don't get mixed up or tampered with.

When she finds out what you have done, she isn't going to be your "friend" any more, and I am not too sure that you could even call yourself a "friend". That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I am still trying to figure out why you would do something like that. Hopefully, she is a very forgiving person, but my suggestion is to call her right now and tell her!
