OK, that's ridiculous and I believe she was making a joke. But, why don't try something else like buy organic or from local farmers, walk or bike more often? How about using environmentally friendly products like Method? Do you recycle? If you plan on pruchasing a new appliance, about an energy star?
Hopefully you are already doing some of these things.

Laugh, laugh I don't know if we appreciate how much we have. I just want a few things I can treasure. So the things I do have, I'll appreciate - like toilet paper. Anyone who has trouble with that can come see me when I am not in the bathroom!! I'm into the environment and I'm not going to take that manure from no one. She will be WIPED out soon with that attitude.

In india they use the swirl technique. One finger does the job. Be careful when you shake hands. If I were you, I'd use as much as needed. Nobody like a stinky finger.

If she wants to save the environment, then she needs to do more than refuse to use toliet paper.
You can have my bottled water, my gas guzzling SUV, but my azz HAS to be wiped clean!!!
