Cabbage Patch Kids - I had 2 - a preemie and a cornsilk kid with "real" hair. I probably still have them somewhere. That was 25 years ago (gulp!) and you can still buy them today.

well i'm only 10 but I don't play with like dolls and stuff that much. I had a pink power ranger that i loved (it was my fav color), care bears, barbies, silly putty, slinkies, yoyos (i couldn't do them but I would pretand or watch my dad), and some fisher price toys, oh yah and some of my sister's old dolls (she's 24 now). Most of those were in the ages of 2 to 6 (3-7 for the barbies)

I had some Doctor Who toys as a kid, they were made by a company called Dapol. You can still buy Doctor Who toys but the new ones are made by a different company and are of much better quality.
Also lead soldiers of various kinds, but these days most manufacturers use tin instead of lead as this is less toxic.

You can still get a scale-x-trix (not sure on spelling) had one 25 years ago when i was a child and you can still get them today in all different variations.
Also had a wooden spinning top, and yes you can still find them if you look in the right toy stores. LOL

Fuzzy Felt - I definately remember playing with it about 33 odd years ago. My favourite one was a circus set which had seals and acrobats.
My daughter (2) has a fuzzy felt Postman Pat set and plays with it all the time although I've now learnt why my mum used to get so cross with it - I find fuzzy felt all over the house!

The one and only toy... LEGO!
(although some of the new sets are not nearly as good as the older sets)
And by the way... I still buy the stuff... Even though I'm 31!

i didn't have one but when i was little i really really wanted a 'mr frosty' crushed ice drink maker. every xmas i begged my parents for one and they told me it was a waste of money, and that they could crush the ice in a bag with a hammer and add squash!!! (As IF that would be just as good lol). they still do them now as a couple of xmas's ago my niece got one and i eagily had a go... guess what... it IS rubbish!! you could hardly turn the handle to crush the ice and the flavours were gross! all those years of yearning....wasted!
