Barry was going on and on during the homerun derby last night and I am not sure what he was talking about. Does it have any thing to do with allegations of steroid use, clouding his race for the homerun record.

It has everything to do with steriod use and the fact that the record he is about create will always be considered tainted.

Well, lets see. Bonds has been using illegal steroids for about 18 years now. Although steroids were not against any rules in baseball until a couple of years ago (because baseball was afraid to face the problem and pretend it didnt exist) steroids have been illegal in the U.S. for most of that time. Bonds home run totals had he not been using roids during this time would be nearly half of the number he is approaching.
Selig also has an ax to grind, being from Milwaukee and most of Aarons home runs came from his days playing in Brew Town with the Braves.
Not to mention that Bonds is the biggest cry baby prick in baseball for the past 100 years.
