I'm 18 years old and i've had many sexual encounters throught out the short amount of time I have lived. I was always able to perform for hours upon hours with all my sex partners. Now I'm beginning a new relationship and no matter what I do I just can't really perform as well. She is beautiful, and she excites me on, but for some reason I just can't stay as hard as long. I do admit that I don't have same feelings for her as I have had for my other partners, and since I'm in college i've been deprived of sleep for the past 6 months. To add to that, i've been skipping meals and I don't belive that I consume enough liqids through out the day. So my question to you is, what can I do to keep myself harder? What can I do to keep myself more aroused?

With your situation you should be taking daily vitamins, skipping meals is VERY bad for your physical health. Buy protein bars and keep them with you so you can have some form of "food" also carry a water bottle filled with you as that also greatly effects your physical health.

Lack of sleep does not help your situation either. There are many over the counter oils, herbs and drinks that are natural and wont cause heart problems such as the prescription pills. It is a matter of finding one that works with your chemistry.

Relax as all the problems originate in the brain.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Dude,
It happens to the best of us. You not getting enough sleep is an issue, you need rest, also your body needs to have the nutrients replaced that it expels during your sessions with her, and you have to consume enough water to keep yourself hydrated. I would also suggest taking up a workout routine that empasizes cardio to help with the endurance factor. If all else fails ask her to help you get aroused again, by stroking on your "manhood" either with her hands or mouth, preferrably both, or doing whatever it is that turns you on. Personal experience bro.

Maybe you don't care for her as much as you've cared for your other booty calls. But I guess you've already admitted to this. Maybe you could get some sleep instead of just sleeping around! Maybe you could have regular meals and drink more water. Maybe you're just burnt out from all of the random sex and have nothing left to give!

Eat regularly, sleep regularly, and check with yourself to see if you don't really care for her as much as your past partners. She may turn you on because she is a female, but if you have no feelings for her, that may be your problem. If so, dump her and find someone you like.

Chow!!

Viagra or a body building supplement called NOX explode (or similar) available at health food stores. NOX needs to be taken somewhat regularly.

all are vasodilators that will get more blood to the penis.
