love is not an electricity shock!!!
each love has so many backgrounds that makes it possible to happen. even when some people seem to fall in love at the first sight, be sure that there is an old, forgotten reason behind it. 4example: the girl resembles their lost loved mother, resembles their school teacher whom they loved those days little by little and more and more, the girl is wearing as their loved celebrity, girls condition at that time resembles them as a beautiful memo in the past....
so it can happen to any one, depending on their backgrounds and lives till that time.
and one more reality: no one can make someone else fall in love in short time, if there is no background. so just wait until the love comes to you. it is more enjoying.

Not litterly..they talk to them and get to know them by heart. They would get slapped if they really DID touch them....but love at first sight for people who can see is possible. .

I guess a blind man can cop feel to her bra;i'll bet then they would see eye to eye if she is receptive. *wink* Then if she has wandering hands she can feel his apple..um Adam's apple and she will then voice her approval. *cough*
