IE will the whole computer break if you put a 230v current in to a 110v power suplie

DO NOT connect your 110V system up to 240Volts... it would do more then blow the fuse.

Replace the whole power supply with a 240volt.

Usually that will cook the power supply, but there is a fuse inside of the PS. I would at least check it before I replace the power supply.
