This could possibly be an insegrivious question. The dictionary is subject to add ons. Sometimes you have to congeviate the words carefully. They may duplify both ways. Playing scrabble can be fun when friends challenge you on words that seem emblaziated. You post a good question.

well, when you say dictionary not sure if you mean a regular dictionary, or the full dictionary of every single word ever, but the longest word (probably excluding place names) is pneumonoultramicroscopic silicovolcanoconiosis, (is one word, but had to space it otherwise it wouldnt write it all) which is a type of lung disease, caused by dust or particles getting trapped in the lungs, or something like that, im not a doctor so im not exactly sure!

There could be lots of long words thats not in the dictionary. Some place names have very long words.
