I'm not into super matchy names, but a little similarity is fine.
Ivy and Vincent
Carys and Caleb
Eva and Elliott
Eva and Vincent
Bethany and Theodore
Natalie and Nolan
Starting with the same first letter or containing a similar sound is okay if done in moderation. Also, names that have similar or complementary meanings are fun for twins. Good luck and have fun!

I would go with totally different names, they dont have to really be obviously linked, but they would go together with the meanings of the name, for example:
For a boy, URIAH, means the Lords light
For a girl, HARMONY, means live at peace.
I know a guy called Uriah and think its fantastic and unique.
You could come up with some great middle names to compliment them and to also go with your last name.
Congrats!!!
