No tampon, no swimming. Nobody wants to be swimming in your blood. Be considerate of everyone else.

You CAN'T go swimming without a tampon. It is not safe for you OR the other people in the pool. Besides you will end up bleeding in the pool. Water does not stop a period, and all the exercise will probably make it a little heavier. Either learn to use tampons, or don't go swimming.

You will have to use a tampon otherwise you can not go swimming. I do not like to use tampons either but I will use them if I absolutely have to. Just change the tampon after 2 or 3 hours and you will be just fine. It would be horrible if you did go swimming without one because it would be gross and unsanitary. No one wants to swim in a pool of blood.

Even though its barely there, the point is its still there. So its not a good idea to go in the pool like others are saying, its not sanitary and you cant use a tampon since there isnt much flow so that would just be uncomfortable.

No you can not go swimming without a tampon when on your period.

If you wear pads in the pool you will suffer HUGE embarassment, so seriously do not wear pads.

You can wear a tampon - that's fine, but if not make up some excuse about not being able to swim... Or just sunbake! Guys love girls sunbaking - they come over and join you and you can ask them to rub sunscreen on you!!! :)

The ONLY way to not use a tampon while swimming would be if you see no discharge on your panties and no discharge on your toilet paper when you wipe.

i.e. = if you still have discharge you MUST wear a tampon or NO swimming!

Other than that you MUST wear a tampon while swimming or else you will be polluting the pool with your blood (that still comes out, its just dispersed immediately and only looks like it stopped, when it actually hasn't).

Yes it would be terrible. No only is it unsanitary, but I would think that you would be embarrassed to have the glow of red following you around the pool.

Would you want to go swimming with someone who had their period and did not use a tampon? I know that I wouldn't!

No tampons? No swimming. Sorry, but either you suck it up and use a tampon or you don't go swimming at all. OR you could go without a tampon and completely embarass yourself and disgust everyone else, but hey that's your choice.

That's a gamble I would not take!

Too bad. You can't swim. Trust me, it is better than the consequences of not wearing a tampon.
