ex-employee starts own business, then decides to start calling established customers informing them he is now in business and will charge less than the ex-employer, apparently stole customer info from ex-employer. should ex-employer make report to immigration that this ex-employee has filed for citizneship, got his green card through an arranged marriage, divorced after receiving green card, has a common law wife and one child that are illegal, one child is a u.s. citizen and he is evading the state attorney general in order to avoid a DNA test for a child from another woman. all are facts no assumptions.

No. Live and let live. Let Karma take care of retribution, if any, to be exacted. Work on keeping your business a step ahead of his.
Small town, three lawn and garden equipment sales and service shops - my husband and I never spoke ill of the competitors - just listened to the customers, took care of their problems, and they kept coming back.
It just shows you're a better person than your competitor.

What does reporting these things have to do with the LEGAL issues?

By the way, if you do report him for the ARRANGED marriage you had better have uncontrovertable proof or whatever is left of your business will be his also.
It's a childish game you are playing with dire consequences.

It is certainly possible to use all the tactics mentioned, and they might work, too. Or, if there was a contract with a non-competition clause, you could simply sue him.
