of a worm which does not have official patches at the moment.

We recommend you to install this patch to remove worm files
and stop email sending, otherwise your account will be blocked.

This sounds like "malware". Contact your ISP and ask if they sent the message. I'll bet that they did not. If they didn't then just delete this warning message. But what ever you do, don't install this patch.

If you don't have an anti virus program that scans your outgoing mail, you should probably have one. AVG is very good at scanning both incoming and outgoing mail.

Below are the links to a couple of site that provide very good and free virus and spyware removel programs.

I would be very uncomfortable installing anything that came to you this way. This is a common way to load an infection. Delete it and DO NOT INSTALL their patch which is probably a bug.

Then go to the Microsoft site and download all security updates they have and update your virus protection and do a virus scan. Do this every day for at least 1 week as well.

Delete it ASAP.

If you install that so-called "patch" you will actually be installing trojans on to your computer.
