E-mail-Our robot has detected an abnormal activity from your IP adress on sending e-mails. Probably it is connected with the last epidemic of a worm which does not have official patches at the moment.
We recommend you to install this patch to remove worm files and stop email sending, otherwise your account will be blocked.

If even the email claims there aren't any official patches, what patches do you think it would have you download? I got the same message; it's either trying to phish information from you, trick you into downloading some malware, or both. Avoid. :)

This is spyware/malware. Do not install anything from them. Just delete the e-mail.

no, never click on a link in an email such as this. if you are concerned you are missing a security update, go the the microsoft site and get them there. delete this email and empty your 'deleted' folder.
