It is more of a ritual than an act involving cerebrum of man.
You must have seen mosquitoes locked in sexual act, while flying. Bees have nuptial flight during which the queen mates with drones in the air. Cockroaches mate while their end to end meet. The male inserts psueodopenis in the female genitalia so that male spermatophores from the male gonopore may reach the seminal receptacle of the female.

Well, the males DO ejaculate -- but whether you really can call that an orgasm is another thing, since we don't know if they are enjoying it like we do!
