Our bridge to God is Jesus Christ. no longer something we are or do, basically who he's and what He did saves us. the two instructions that God has given us are to love Him with all of our heart and to love others as ourselves. as quickly as we like God and Jesus, we do what honors them. enable your sense of right and incorrect inform you. Is your song dishonoring God? Or no longer? He loves us lots and tells us this; i'm your Father, and that i such as you on a similar time as i like my son, Jesus. John 17:23 For in Jesus, my love for you is printed. John 17:26 he's the top representation of my being. Hebrews a million:3 He got here as an occasion that i'm for you, no longer against you. Romans 8:31 And to tell you that i'm no longer counting your sins. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 Jesus died so as which you and that i should be reconciled. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 His loss of existence replaced into the main suitable expression of my love for you. a million John 4:10 I gave up each thing I enjoyed that i could income your love. Romans 8:31-32 in case you get carry of the present of my son Jesus, you get carry of me. a million John 2:23 And no longer something will ever separate you from my love back. Romans 8:38-39 Come homestead and that i'll throw the biggest occasion heaven has ever seen. Luke 15:7 I even have constantly been Father, and could constantly be Father. Ephesians 3:14-15 My question is…Will you be my toddler? John a million:12-13 i'm waiting for you. Luke 15:11-32 i like You, Almighty God.

If you're Christian then you know what the bible says about loving this world. Of course you are going to feel different about the kind of music people listen to and the kind of life they lead. The world is satan's dominion and music is his most powerful weapon.
You say, "I don't know anything". I think that's not true, you do know what is right. It's one of those choices you have to make as a Christian whether you are going to follow what God says or what the world (your friends) say. God says the world will hate you because of Him. The world didn't like Jesus and it won't like you for following Him. But in your heart you know who's right and you know where you want to stand on judgment day.
You can still be friends, but you must stand on what you know is right. Don't listen to their music, don't share in their vile talk, be an example of what it means to follow Christ. Remember, we are to be lights unto this darkened world. Let your light shine on the mountain tops. --Blessings!

Its ok not to know the songs. Most songs that they sing probably are not worth knowing. Do watch who your crowd is though, they might make you go astray you don't need that all the riches and blessings are in Heaven not on earth.

You sing your Christian songs and dance. As long as they do not protest, you can hear and sing your own Christian songs. If they protest then move out and stay with Christians.

your friends are still YOUR friends, and it's nice to know you have them.
we all have big differences, even with our friends... i suppose that is what makes the world go around. have you ever thought of asking your friends to listen to your music along with you once in a while? they might be open to that?
good friends will accept YOU for the things you like and your differences.
take care!!

You could consider that you have songs that they no nothing about so maybe you could start singing your songs too? If your friendships are sound except for this then accept that these things will happen.

your religious beliefs shouldn't necessarily guide your taste in music. listen to what you like - you don't need to be just like everyone else. if it's a matter of swearing in the lyrics, buy the clean versions of the songs.
