Who is the better guitar player: John Mayer or Brad Paisley?

Please help me settle an argument!

I despise both of their music so my judgement comes only from one musician to another. John Mayer is much better than Brad Paisley. If you look at Mayer's music it is much more complex than Paisley's. So the level of difficulty makes the decision much easier. But How can you go against Mayer, i hate the man, but he studied music at Berkeley.. That is just impressive. Despite my feelings on the man. Mayer is the bettter guitar player..

John Mayer is a jerk. My friend works security at the arena, and when John Mayer was doing a concert here, my friend went up to him and told him he did an awesome show. John Mayer looked at him and said, "Who the f*ck are YOU to be talking to ME?" As for his skills, I have never paid much attention to him after that. So I'll go with Brad Paisley :-)
