Castaway bay IS a part of Cedar Point, but it's not IN Cedar Point.
Castaway bay is actually a part of one of the hotel resorts that CP owns and operates year round. According to their website, they now offer one day passes for the waterpark for $29. If you were to stay at the resort, the waterpark passes are free. Their waterpark is indoors and is located inside the hotel.
