looks like BBcode to me. codes like:

HTML is not designed to do this.

What do you want to achieve? Perhaps there is a way to get what you want displayed but not by the way you describe.

She's probably referring to that pseudo-HTML they use in various forums ([bold], [italic], [color=red], etc.). The short answer, same as above is - you don't.

you cant, HTML is interpreted by the browser.
