Stay in jail for what, if she had of been treated fairly she would not even have got jail. More like community service is what people get for that.
The Judge and DA should lose their jobs for reasons of abuse of public trust given to them. Witch hunts ended along time ago for reasons of humanity. If we allow people in power to do such things the future will not be what you expected. Even if you dislike Paris for what ever your reasons are You should be outraged that the courts acted in this manner.

For what? For being stupid? Yes, she's annoying, but she served more time for her crime than the average person does, so there's no reason for her to still be in jail.
Just for the record, I am not a Paris Hilton fan.

I do. anyone who commits crimes must be punished as the law says. Paris is not above the law. It is amazing that many people say she should not be in jail.

She only got a DUI and she probably didn't deserve it, the police were probably trying to make a point that no one is above the law. i think there are many other celeberties that should be in jail and haven't made it there. I do not think Paris deserved what she got.

I don't think she should stay in jail. She's served her time accordingly. I just want her to go away and for the media to stop following her every move. WE DON'T CARE.

I really don't care. About Paris. But sure, jail means less drugs, sex scandals and ***** fights with her "friends".

Personally, I feel sorry for her. She's 26 years old acting like a 5 year old. She will be in for a major shock when she finally realizes that "you can't fool mother nature" and she has two choices - live and grow old, or die.

I think she's done her time and we need to quit focusing on her. Yes, she drove with a suspended license and deserved to be locked up for a while, but the media frenzy that it created was ridiculous.
