If this was a competition our ex next door neighbour would win , no contest !
He moved out a couple of weeks ago & in all my years in Real Estate I have NEVER seen anything like this !
It wasn't just messy , it was DISGUSTINGLY filthy ! You would not have guessed from the outside but there was not a room that was habitable by normal people! YUK ! You could have planted a crop of spuds in the bath there was so much dirt !
Makes my flesh crawl to even think about it !

My daughter-in-law...brand new top of the line dishwasher that I load and use for her when we go over ...every other week or longer.. She uses it herself when every dish in the house is dirty and her husband doesn't want to wash another one. So maybe once a month
