I am a 22 year old male. The bulges on the testicles are not identical in size but seem to be the same type of thing. They are located toward the "top" of the testicles (if you think of them as an oval, they are on the "tip" or less round part). There is some tenderness and aching when I squeeze them. Again, this is a fairly recent discovery (2-3 weeks).

When was your last checkup with your doctor? If this is something that just recently occurred, make an appointment. There is a condition called epididymitis, but the symptoms are sudden severe pain in the testes followed by scrotal swelling and tenderness. It is possible this could be due to inflammation or an infection in the urinary tract which would be treated most likely with an antibiotic.

I would suggest you goto the doctors, today. No joke bud if this is new and something. The longer you delay the less chance of fixing the problem if it is one. Read this and go now. no joke

You really need to see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give proper medical advice. People on this site are not. What you have discovered does not sound very good, so seeing him asp is important.

Chow!!

This is something you should check with a doctor on.

Testicular cancer can strike people as young as teen agers.
