If someone says 'I ♥ you' and doesn't do anything to show it do you believe him/her?

Or does it bother you if they don't say the words even if they do everything to show his/her feelings.

Though I believe in actions more than words, I know that things work much easier if it's in a combination... Hope that makes sense to you. ^_^

It's really hard for some people to tell another how they feel about them so they try to show it in other ways while they're working at getting up the courage to admit their feelings toward the other. Don't give up because "patience is its own reward". :-)
ANYONE can say "I love you" but ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS.

Prefer a combination of both.

I think both in the scenario you describe. I want to hear the words, but I want to see it and feel it in actions too. I don't think one or the other is enough, I think it needs to be both.

I prefer both....but extremely hate when people say I love you and everything they do says the opposite. I'll never be in a relationship like that again.
