I am a B36 now but i can fill in a C also. What is a good and healthy size bra.

There is NO average or "normal" cup size.
Whatever size you are is fine.
Since bras do not have a standardized measurement across all brands, you could be a B cup in one bra and a C cup in another bra, or even a D in yet another bra.
Whichever bras are comfortable on you are the ones you should wear.
If you have back pain or other health issues then your breasts are big.

All girls are different. Most likely you will be around the same size as your mother. THe best way to get your size is to get measured. Go to a department store, or Victoria Secrets and they will measure you to get an exact size. In my opinion, if you can fill a size C, then the B is too small. You don't want to be overflowing your bras. It looks unatractive.

It just depends on the girl! It's what ever you think. I mean you're only fourteen so I would say a B I'm 13 and I'm not even wereing a bra, so it just depends

I think if your back s not hurting than you are fine at 14 I was in a DD.. If your back ever starts hurting from the weight. Then you should talk to your parent's and go see a dr.

everyone is different. when i was growing up i knew some girls who couldn't even fill an A-cup. and i knew some girls who were like a D-cup at 13 years old.

it all depends on the person.... their weight... height... puberty... everything.
your physician could probably tell you if you're a normal healthy size.

i think it is a healthy size it all depends I'm 12 and 32C so it all depends other people i know are B some are A others are C..so i dunno yea ur probs normal
