No. I come from a seaside town so I know of what I speak.
Like the prom ... Lurve the sea. Hate the bit in between.
Miami has a good idea. They have showers at the boundry of the sand. What does Seaburn and Roker have? Drinking fountains - if you can find a one that works. Or you can wash your feet in the sea, put your shoes on at the water line and hope that no sand gets in as you dash to the prom.

Not really. But they say if you get Florida sand in your shoes that you will always return.

Hello World!! Haven't seen you for a while. I never liked getting sand
in my shoes--rather uncomfortable for walking. But I love walking in
the sand!! It's been years. No beaches near where we live. Too bad.

Depends. If the cause is worthy or choice is limited, sand or no sand,I shall go ahead. The important thing in life is not what we Like but what we ought to be doing.

No. It feels gross. I'd rather be barefoot with sand under my feet, or have shoes on with no sand whatsoever.

I hate it! It's really annoying. More annoying though is getting sand in the sheets!

No. I wear "flip flop" like sandals which are easy to remove in the event that something like mulch or sand got stuck in them.
