You know, if we do this for you but _you_ get the good grade, that hardly seems fair towards us. Just do your best, and next time, try studying - as you go along in life, it will be harder and harder for you to get someone else to do your work for you, even if you're very wealthy. Good to start now so it's not too much of a shock

Tell her how you feel. If she only wants to have sex with you, but doesnt want you to fall in love with her then she's not the kind of girl to be in a relationship with. Just tell her you dont want to have sex and that you wish to just hangout and do other fun stuff rather than sex.
