A brat? That's putting it mildly. She's disrespectful, spoiled rotten, a smart-aleck, and the list goes on. Oh, and she can't sing. In other words, I can't stand her. She needs to be sent away to a school where she learns how to respect people. But in fairness - look who raised her. THe worst parents ever. That kid would have no guidance at all without Viki.

She used to be a really big brat, remember when she got Matthew to do some bad things, and she really tried to manipulate bad things into happening. Now she seems to have mellowed, the "bad" teen is Brittney, manipulating all the kids to hate Starr and making that boy (who was killed) do all sorts of things for her. Starr acts really nice with Vicky, Vicky brings out the best in her, so hopefully she will have More good qualities. She will never be an angel, but she is a typical teen now.

Sometimes she can be. I think a lot of the times when her and Blair are arguing, Starr is right with her opinions and Blair is wrong. I don't think Starr would be the way she is if Blair would just listen to her sometimes. Starr has been through a lot in her life and she has a hard time dealing with certain things.

IN my opinion no. Starr has a mom who is sometimes a slut, and a dad who,is a rapist psychopath. She cant help but be the way she is. Sometimes she can be sweet and quaint and at other times she can be mean. in my opinion the only one she listens to is Vickie. and maybe Dorian on a good day. Ms. Starr has almost raised herself because her parent s wer always doing their own things like divorcing. I think she has come a long way as a young lady. she seems to know where her head is now. anyway she loves her parents to death and wants to be a happy family. maybe this is typical teenage soap behavior. just my opinion!

No but she used to be when she was a kid. Now she acts like a teen. Typically teens are dramatic and see everything as a life ended crisis. She turned out to be a very good charachter.

yes she is spoiled and rotten BUT have seen her character grow up a lot in the last two years, so she's not quite as harsh as she used to be, which THANK GOD cuz she was reminding me of my lil sister lol.

No way. She used to be when she was younger, but she's gone through so many trials with her wacko parents that she's really had to grow up. Trust me, she's the only adult in that family.
