The mentioned hotel is existing. But I am sure it is Nigerian scam. Ignore it, don't send them any reply. Once they got your reply then they will ask money from you as service charge, visa processing fee etc. Don't lose your money.

As you did not post the mail i cannot say it is true or not.
There is one of their hotels in Lagos:
Radisson Hotels & Resorts in Lagos NG
The Radisson site does not show where, it gives an error when searching.
Post the email (with headers) and maybe we can see if it is real or not.

There is a hotel there; but if they e-mailed you, it's probably a scam anyway.
